I couldn't believe it...

I was on a roll... losing weight, down 25 pounds, eating healthy & exercising...

And then *BAM!*

Out of nowhere, I GAINED 4 pounds!

I stepped on the scale, and said, "OMG! I can't believe it! What's wrong?"

I started to feel down... like there was something wrong with me.

But, when I headed to the gym, I bumped into someone who changed my mind.
